There is a power button on the remotes?? What if a student forgets to turn it off...will the remote be dead by the next day???

This is a BIG concern I have with this system.

I know TuningPoint's Response Cards don't have an on/off switch, which gives you one less thing to worry about.

I've been using TurningPoint over the last year and have had very positive results. Senteo has alot to live up to!!

Mike, thanks for your question and I'm delighted you have found how great response systems can be as a learning tool.

Regarding Senteo power... I used it in a teacher seminar today, we took a lunch break and left the Senteo handheld remotes on the table. When we came back, they all automatically turned themselves off, as a power saving feature. There's also an "End Session" command in the Senteo teacher manager pull down menu, where the teacher can end the session, which sends an RF signal back to the remotes and also turns them all off.
